Signing in now lands on the paid deployments page unless a valid return URL was requested.
The Former Customers table no longer shows the internal # column.
The old baseline-device wording has been replaced with Baseline Sensor and Baseline Sensors across the visible app UI.
Returned deployments can now be moved to a Former Customers tab, with returned hardware released to storage and remaining hardware kept attached to the former customer record.
New and edited deployments can mark headset default mode as passive. The assignment screen and notification email show that passive default clearly.
The old third customer-detail field has been removed from the live deployment workflow and emails. Delivery date wording now uses preparation deadline, and the hardware requirement wording has been updated.
The note field in the new deployment form is now labelled "Deployment Note" so it is clear the text belongs to the deployment row, not an individual device.
The video title checklist now expands across the available panel width, uses responsive columns, and shows roughly twice as many video titles before scrolling.
The language selector in the optional email section now reads "E-mail Language" to distinguish it from other deployment fields.
Deployment notifications are now sent as one email with selected employees in To and the creator copied in Cc. This replaces the previous per-recipient sending behavior and keeps replies in one correspondence thread.
Deployment emails now set Reply-To to the user who created the deployment, so responses go back to the person who started the request even when the system sends the notification.
Email delivery was moved from the incorrect local mail host to Google SMTP on port 587, and authentication was verified with the active Syncsense sender account.
The production demo-seed guard was verified before deployment, and live seed-pattern counts remained zero after restart.
Paid rows now keep headset as a required device, while sensors and tablets can stay optional and support extra assigned devices.
Deployments can now hold extra headsets, sensors, and tablets. The assignment screen has searchable device fields and add buttons for each device type.
Devices can be assigned before the ready checklist is complete. Deployment cells show purple until the checklist is finished from the row.
The checklist has been updated manually to include charging cables and adapters where needed.
The sensor checklist has been updated manually to match the current Velcro procedure.
Demo seed data is now disabled in production startup, and the unused seed-pattern sensor rows were removed from the live database.
